Library is located at first floor of LRUC Building with total 327 square meters carpet area and having reading space of 150 square meters. Library is having various sections like library office, E-library (having PCs and internet facility to access online books, journals, magazine), news paper reading area, book issue and return area, stack area, reference section and magazine section.

Library Opening hours (Issue & Return of books):- Monday to Friday and working Saturday timings: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday and public holiday remain closed.

LIBRARY RULES:

·         Use of Mobile phones is not permitted inside the Library Premises.

·         Users are not allowed to carry eatables/drinks inside the Library premises.

·         Readers are not allowed to bring their personal books or any Printed material (spiral/bound book/photocopied material) Inside the Library.

·         Marking, scratching, damaging, mutilating, stealing, library Materials or property will invite disciplinary action against the Defaulters.

·         Readers should not carry books from one floor to another and should leave the books on the reading table after consulting.

·         Readers should not talk or discuss as they may disturb other Readers. Reading halls are meant for individual study and Research only.

·         The library shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the personal belongings of the users.

·         The Librarian reserves the right to suspend the membership of any member found misbehaving with the library staff or with Any Other member.

The Seminar Room is a space that seats up to around 120 people. Featuring a large whiteboard, 2 medium-sized tables, a podium, and a projector and small speaker set (in the media closet), fully air-conditioned, the Seminar Room is the ideal location for a guest lecture, a meeting, or a conference. The seminar room is one of the state-of-art facility in the college. It is equipped with the audio system and projection facilities. Lectures of prominent people, seminars and discussions are organized here. The hall is often used for Debates, Seminars, Council meeting and society’s events etc

The RTO Learning License Facilitation Center functioning at our institute has been actively supporting citizens by providing guidance and assistance for obtaining Learning Licenses. Since its inception, the center has consistently served a large number of beneficiaries, reflecting its effectiveness and social relevance. The institute operates RTO Learning License Facilitation Center as a community-oriented initiative to assist citizens in obtaining Learning Licenses by providing guidance, documentation support, and awareness on road safety norms. The center has demonstrated a consistent and significant contribution to public service over the years. The Facilitation Center plays a vital role in promoting road safety awareness and easing access to RTO services for the community.

The College has a Boys Hostel near its campus having four independent blocks to accommodate students who come from the different parts of Gujarat and from other states. The Boys Hostel has provision for accommodation for around 444 students in 148 rooms across various semesters. The new Boys Hostel will be handed over shortly to the institutes by Road & Building department of having accommodation capacity of 357 students (New campus –Block E) in 110 rooms. The admission at hostel is given based on the merit rank, department wise and category wise as per the norms of Government of Gujarat. Students can stay in the hostel for maximum up to six semesters (3rd Year) only. The Mess is operated twice a day at lunch and at dinner. Three students are allocated in each room. The College has been excelling in sports for over decades. Every year the College holds Sports Carnival, Inter-class matches and Sports Day. For proper training and grooming of players the College provides coaching facilities to the players for different games.The College campus has large open ground for outdoor sports activities. The College has teams for Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basket Ball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho, etc...

• Internet facility is provided in Labs, Classrooms, Library, and office of all departments by Wired Connection (Fiber Optics and LAN Connectivity) and NAMO WIFI.

Security Arrangements:

• Institute have Watch Guard firewall system for Internet usage management and security purpose. Due to license expiry issue currently firewall security system is not working properly.

For the maintenance and troubleshooting the institute is assigning AMC every year for CWAN (Campus Wide Area Network). This year (2020) the AMC is assigned to Vardhan Infys PVT Ltd, Ahmadabad after due procedure on GeM- Government E-marketplace.
